Terms of Service

These draft terms describe how a preschool may use Preschool Ops. They should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before public launch, paid subscriptions, or onboarding a second customer.

Service

Preschool Ops provides software for preschool administration, including staff access, student records, guardian contacts, class assignments, attendance, parent messaging, analytics, and future fee workflows. Features may change as the product develops.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the service only for lawful preschool operations.
  • Enter accurate school, staff, student, guardian, attendance, and payment information.
  • Obtain required parent or guardian consents for student records, WhatsApp messaging, and any sensitive personal data entered into the service.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and promptly remove users who should no longer have access.
  • Review AI-generated drafts and WhatsApp messages before sending.
  • Avoid uploading unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unnecessary personal data.

WhatsApp Messaging

The preschool is responsible for ensuring that recipients have consented to receive WhatsApp messages where required. Admin approval is required before outbound parent messages are sent. Scheduled fee reminders, when built, must use approved templates.

Limits And Disclaimers

  • The service is not a medical, legal, accounting, payroll, or regulatory compliance adviser.
  • AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by an authorised person before use.
  • WhatsApp delivery depends on Twilio, Meta, approved templates, recipient opt-in, and provider rules.
  • Availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, internet access, and hosting provider incidents.

Fees And Suspension

Fees, billing cycles, trial limits, and payment terms will be stated in the subscription or order details before paid use begins. Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms.

Data Export And Termination

A preschool may request export of its records before termination. After termination, data may be deleted or retained for a limited period for backup, accounting, dispute, security, or legal reasons.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Preschool Ops is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users, third-party service outages, or unauthorised account access caused by user credential compromise.

Governing Law

These draft terms are intended for a Malaysia-focused service and should be adapted by legal counsel for the final business entity, jurisdiction, dispute process, and customer contract model.
